You’ll have me in your pocket to help you work through your tasks, review your work as needed, and answer any questions you might have.

Hi, I'm Olivia!

I help moms with businesses grow.

Me in a nutshell: I’m a neuro-spicy boy mom, dog mom, and mom boss extraordinaire.

With a toddler at home and three different businesses that need my attention, my schedule is a bit…let’s say unconventional.

When I first started my core business, I tried doing things “by the book.” I participated in dozens of courses, group programs, memberships - you name it! - only to continually end up feeling frustrated, like everyone else except me was effortlessly winning at this whole entrepreneur thing, and like I needed to pretend to be someone else to succeed.

I realized that what I wanted my businesses to look like and how I needed my schedule to work to suit the rest of my priorities (read: my life) didn’t fit into the “typical entrepreneur” box.

So I decided to do things a bit differently… (and am beyond happy I did!)

I’ll help you navigate the intersection of business and life so you can craft amazing offers, marketing plans, customer retention strategies, etc., that work with your strengths and lifestyle needs instead of against them.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Using Voxer or WhatsApp (your choice), we can send voice messages, texts, and docs back and forth. This is a great option if you’re super busy and don’t have time to stop for long Zoom sessions.

  • Whatever you want! Business strategy, marketing, your offers, work/life harmony, visibility issues, etc. In my experience, these sessions often start with one topic and then the real root topics are revealed. Keep an open mind.

  • Yes, if you want to book additional months or days after your sessions, you will receive a discount code to do so!

  • The office hours with the 1:1 Monthly option are when we can chat via Voxer or WhatsApp (your choice) about anything that might have you stuck at the moment. We’ll use the in-person calls to work through the big things, but these office hours are always there if you need help in between the calls. The actual days and times may vary.

  • I’m in Eastern time, but I work with clients all over the world! We’ll find some times that work for both of us.

  • Yep! Whether you’re just starting to think about launching a business or you have an established business you’re looking to take to the next level, I’ll meet you where YOU are and we’ll focus on your specific goals.

  • After you make your purchase, I’ll reach out to you via email to find the best time for you.

  • I mean I’ll review whatever you need! Website copy, email sequences, you name it. Due to the number of different platforms, I’m not able to go in-depth with tech reviews, though.
