So…are you a car dancer?
So, that person jamming out next to you at the stop light? Yeah. That's me. I'm a car dancer (and singer) through and through! 💃
The other day I was grooving with Sia and glanced in the rearview mirror and noticed my 2-year-old doing the EXACT same moves as me.
It made me realize two things. First, that I need to invest in dance lessons for him. Poor boy, he deserves a much better dance role model than me... 🤣
Second, that each one of us 1) leads others by example as well as 2) has someone we look up to for their example to follow.
It's important to have a good understanding of what you believe in - what are your values and morals and things you stand for?
Is that what your business stands for, too?
Do the people you look up to hold the same standards?
And then it's equally important to realize that YOU are your best coach. While the people you look up to can help provide some amazing guidance and wisdom, they're still human. They have bad days (and potentially bad dance moves...), and ultimately no one knows you, your business, or your audience like you do.
So who is looking up to you every day? And who do you look up to?
